There are several good FTP programs available on the web that are FREE to download and FREE of charge. Filezilla and CuteFTP are the top two most popular programs that we would recommend. WSFTP is also FREE - ONLY if you're a student or associated with the school district (if I remember correctly). To the general public, there is a nominal fee. How do I know if I need a full dedicated server?
A full dedicated server is only required if you intend on providing and running a web hosting service program as your primary business; host and manage an adult-related web site; host and manage high-risk related web sites or online gaming and/or sports betting.
